Client should be able to get public link to file to share it with someone else.

Server should generate such link with access key. Without access key file should not be available to view or download.

Also, simple HTML page should be generated when user opens unique link with browser. It should support pictures, audio, video preview, with download link somewhere on page.

When file is shared and accessed somehow access counter should increment.
